Workshop, Intoxicants and Empire c.1600-1800: Space and Material Culture, V&A
This workshop, the first instalment of two events to be held over two consecutive years at the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Beinecke Library at Yale University, will explore the spaces and material cultures of intoxicants and intoxication in the transatlantic and south Asian worlds.
